My good friend Amanda modeled for me in this styled shoot on her horse farm. Hair and makeup was done by Aslan Harris. The dress is a SheIn dress, with a tulle skirt over it. The tulle skirt was made by me in about 30 minutes. Tulle is inexpensive and photographs so beautifully. This combination didn’t make the most perfect dress ever, but we did throw it together pretty fast, and it still looked amazing.

While we were in the pasture, Amanda’s horse decided to join in on the photos. We were delighted to have him join us! Although climbing back down was a little bit tough for him, as it was higher than it looks in the photos, and extremely rocky. Luckily he activated his goat powers and was able to scramble back down.

The horses is our lives are so special. Horses are our family. It is so important that equestrians get photos of, and with, the horses they love. Duncan stepping up to join the photos was unexpected, but so welcome!
